How it works

    Sign up and type your business name

    Takes about a minute. After you sign up, go to Settings, type your business name, and hit Save. That's it — you now have your own link. It looks like proximing.com/h/your-business-name.

    Put your link where customers already find you

    Text it to people who call. Add it to your Google Business page, Facebook, or Instagram. Print the QR code on your truck, your business card, or a flyer. Got a website? Copy the button code from Settings and paste it in (or send it to whoever runs your site).

    Customer taps your link and shows you the problem

    They don't need an app or an account. They take photos of the job, write a quick note about what they need, and hit Send. You see exactly what you're dealing with before you commit to anything.

    You get an email: “New request”

    Open it on your phone. You'll see every photo and note. Need more info? Ask the customer right there in the chat. They can send more pictures.

    Send your price and get the job

    Put in your labor and materials for each item. The customer taps Accept. You do the work and mark it done. Everything — photos, prices, messages — stays in one place.

Common questions

Do my customers need to download anything?
No. Your link opens in their phone's browser, same as any website.
Do my customers need to make an account?
No. They tap the link, add photos, and send. They can leave an email so you can reach them, but they don't have to sign up.
What if I don't have a website?
You don't need one. Your link and the QR code are enough. The website button is just a bonus if you have a site.
What's a QR code?
The square barcode you see on menus and signs. A customer points their phone camera at it and your link opens. You can download yours from Settings and print it anywhere.
Can I turn my link off?
Yes. In Settings, uncheck “Link is public” and hit Save. Turn it back on any time.
Does this work on my phone?
Yes. Everything works in the browser on any phone, tablet, or computer. No app needed.
